This rich mahogany cased upright was made by the English manufacturer, Barratt & Robinson. The piano has an overall mellow tone with a darker sound, accompanied by a seven ocatve keyboard and two pedal assembly. It is overstrung and uses an underdamper mechanism, providing it with richer bass notes and more clarity on the higher octaves.
